Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust
A charitable remainder annuity trust is a custom designed and individually managed trust that enables you to retain a fixed income for your lifetime or a fixed term of years, claim a current income tax deduction, and make a future donation to charity.
It works as follows:- You can transfer cash, stocks or any valued property into the trust.
- The annuity trust earns fixed payments annually to you or to any of your beneficiaries.
- Once the trust ends, the principal passes to Gene Therapy Institute.
